Her eagerness to connect with her guest, understand their wishes and concerns, to achieve the look they want is what makes Theresa a superior stylist and aesthetician. Customer service is Theresa's top priority. She provides a unique and exceptional customer service experience. Theresa believes to excel at her passion, education is key to success. She stays up to date with the latest techniques and product by attending educational classes both locally and abroad. Theresa is happily married to her best friend Jason who has supported and encouraged her to pursue her passion. She is a mother to 6 beautiful children (4 girls, 2 boy) and 5 crazy dogs. Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:
• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of reserved appointment(s)
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 75% of service amount
